Things to remember: When things start going out of your hands..

A lot of things happen in our everyday life, and there are so many things to learn from them..

The times when things start to go out of your control, there are millions of changes start happening internally...
There are few things that I often experienced in such conditions..
-useless words spoken out of unmanageable anger
-decisions made out of anxiety often turn out to be the worst decisions ever
-loneliness: when one may feel isolated from all the people in the world
-depression
-frustration: to divert all the anger to someone weaker

In all these conditions I ended up hurting my near ones, my family...
I screwed up my time and health...
Also, broke some expensive Grocery many times  :P

These are the things I “tried” to get out of the situation
-Went out for shopping and eating
-Watched all sorts of stupid comedy movies
-Avoiding phone calls and not to be in contact with anyone

Nothing whatsoever came out of it and made me more miserable..
all these things give temporary happiness...also called Rajsik Joy...

The things that worked...
-SK&P followed by Meditation and Guruji’s knowledge sheets...
-Doing something creative like writing, singing, painting, cooking...
-Having faith and believing in the Self...

Believe me...All these things work miraculously in any critical conditions...

In Mahabharata, when Arjuna was depressed and lost; Krishna motivated him...
Everyone has somebody in their life that is playing Krishna’s role...we just need to look out for it...

The reason I wrote this is because, it happens with everyone when they feel "everything they're doing is right" and become over-confident about their approach...
All the logical decisions you make, take you nowhere...
You can pretend to be strong or fake or to be somebody you're not in public, but you cannot lie to yourself...

I request all my friends...please be more inward and observe what’s going wrong around you...drop your ego...all you need is love...
Follow your heart and not your brain...
Don’t get influenced...get inspired...

Thanks for your time that you spent reading this thing... J
(*SK & P stands for Pranayam and Sudarshan Kriya)

This was my sincere gesture to make you aware as a friend, so that you should not face the problems I faced or the mistakes I made...
